This video features a third grade lesson designed to support students as they compare (equivalent) fractions (5/10 and 1/2). Students share different strategies and engage in a classroom discussion, surfacing that different fractions can represent the same amount. This work is part of a school-wide Lesson Study effort focused on building TTP classroom routines.
