This video features a fourth grade lesson designed to support students as they explore interpreting the remainder in division. Students share different strategies and engage in a classroom discussion that surfaces the importance of the story context for deciding what to do with the remainder in a division problem. This work is part of a school-wide Lesson Study effort focused on building TTP classroom routines.
